Very good cosmetic condition with no cracks but the rim is rubbed in several places, probably due to display hooks.  

The blue brushwork is rather slapdash, showing an abstract and sketchy scene in the Chinese manner and there are two places where the brush has skidded.  The bold horizontal lines may well suggest that the item is Lambeth Delftware.  However, it is an interesting item and very attractive.

A very small hairline about 1 inch in length is on the back starting from the rim but this does not show up well in the photo and has not come through to the front.
