AUTHENTICATION: Each autograph has been individually authenticated by JSA, certification #X42935. The lot is designed to allow buyer to design your own framed display, with 3 rookie reprint cards, all in mint condition, along with sharp looking, original James Spence Letter of Authenticity, see full details below  

FULL DESCRIPTION: 

CACHE: The item for sale is an original limited-edition 4" x 9-1/2" FIRST DAY ISSUE (February 27, 1996) from the Ted Williams Hitters Hall of Fame Museum in Hernando, FL. This limited-edition issue is a piece of art itself and contains an original, hand-signature in pencil by the artist! It features artistic renditions of all 3 of the original HOF inductees: Willie McCovey, Harmon Killebrew and Duke Snider, and autographed by each player. The autographs were obtained, in person, at the 2/27/96 opening ceremony in Florida. The autographs are in blue ballpoint pen and each signature is located under the picture of the player. 

The item also bears the Hitters Hall of Fame postal cancellation mark. In addition, the stamp is a 1939 FDC #855 3cent stamp issued to by the U.S. Postal Service to commemorate the anniversary of the formation of the rule of baseball. This was the first stamp to commemorate baseball.

Finally, the artist has also signed and numbered the envelope in pencil. 

AUTOGRAPHS: All three autographs have been JSA AUTHENTICATED. The COA is embossed in gold at the top with "Letter of Authenticity", it includes a picture of the cache on the letter, James Spence signature and a complete description of the item.
