Payment: We only receive payments through eBay- we do not accept any other form of payment. If you purchase an item, you must make payment through eBay before the item can be shipped out or before it can be picked up. If item is not paid within 24 hours of purchase, an unpaid item case will be automatically opened by eBay.
Handling: Same day handling time, excluding holidays and weekends.
Shipping: We only ship to verified addresses provided through eBay within the USA. Carrier and method of shipment will be decided at our discretion. Any special requests for shipment will need to be made before purchase.
International Shipping: We only ship internationally through eBay’s Global Shipping Program, no exceptions.
Returns: We have a 30 day return policy with the buyer paying the return shipping. Replacements offered when available. Any returns made by a buyer for an item listed as parts/not working (when described correctly in the listing) OR the buyer purchased an incorrect item, will be charged a 50% restocking fee and shipping cost will not be refunded.
*Certain items that are sold as ‘parts/not working’ will not be offered returns – this will be listed in the eBay listing as no returns*
Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations of orders. Once the item has been purchased and paid for, you have agreed to purchase the item (per eBay policy) and so we will follow through with shipping your item.
**Please note: We do our best in every listing to accurately describe items, however, we are not experts in every item that we sell as we are a surplus asset recovery company. If it seems that our listing does not match the item shown in the pictures in any way, please let us know, but also know that the item shown in the pictures WILL be the item you receive (not what is in the title/description).
