This crankside came from mid-2000s Giant mountain bike that was left outside for several years. The chainrings have a lot of surface rust, but appear to still be usable. Sold mostly for the crank arms, but you can probably pull some miles out of the chainrings as well. All of the threads are perfectly fine.
