Cute Mickey Fireman patch.  It appears to be iron-on.  New condition except for the letter "D" in Department seems to be missing the yellow stitching.  In the past my wife has taken a 000 paintbrush and paint and fixed things like this, but neither of us have the time at the moment, so you can use it as is or have a DIY project....
