I enjoy learning about Barbies, and collecting them to sell and bring joy to others; however I am not a  myself an experienced collector items From what I understand labeling vintage Barbie items as "mint," "good," or "poor" is fairly subjective. I had a hard time finding pictures to compare to. I can say, these hats came together, are used, have no holes or major issues I can see.Hat Colors: cream with gold trim, Red with a wide rim and ruffles, pink trimmed with white lace.

The picture is a printed color copy of what the original looked like in packaging for your reference. I have laminated this and it comes with your purchase.

If you win this auction-thank you for supporting me as I open a therapy office that includes play therapy!

GENERAL INFORMATION FOR MY POSTINGS; not specific to this item.

ABOUT MEI loved Barbies as a child! I work diligently to describe the items in detail and take photos, so you can feel as confident as possible with purchasing the items without additional information.  In May 2024 I graduated with a degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and I do play therapy. I am also a mother, grandmother, and serve in my community. Studying play therapy I learned ways to use toys, such as dolls as a process that can help nurture trauma, grief and loss.  I started this endeavor during COVID, when I had more time and I used this “play” as therapy during the grief and loss of both of my parents. As a new graduate I have been going to school and have not been making money for a couple years. Hence, I am on a limited budget with both money and time. I opening a practice that will include play therapy. I believe in having integrity and being transparent. I do this to bring myself and others joy, and rarely actually make money due to the cost of items, supplies, time to care, store, repair etc.

Bundling (also check the pictures for one about this)

Please see my picture with the description on how to bundle.  Please purchase items you want to bundle at the same time.  It is difficult as a seller to keep track of multiple orders that are not paid for at the same time, and no one wants to pay more shipping than needed. You can request an order total in advance.  It will ask you if you are “committing to buy;” I will not compel you to buy it if I come back with an invoice for a total that is not agreeable to you. However, this does take time for me to unpackage, repackage, re-measure, and weigh, and look up new shipping information, which I am happy to do, if you are seriously considering purchasing the items. Unfortunately, I do not have much time to go back and forth about pricing; not because you are not important, but due to my personal schedule and limitations.  I spend quite a bit of time making my items clean, smell good, repaired (as much as possible) and ready to play with.  Due to the supplies for care, repair, shipping, storage space, and time I have invested I rarely “make” money and as a student I do not have much wiggle room.

Offers

Thank you so much for liking an item enough you are considering making an offer.  I appreciate it. However, I only accept offers on items that "offers" is an option on the actual post. Some items I have too much money and time in to accept offers at this time, or I may use them for play therapy (since I am trying to afford items for this as a student/intern/candidate play therapist) if I cannot get enough money out of them to make it worth it to sell (due to my investment into the item(s).  I WISH I did, but I simply do not have time to reply to all the questions about offers, unless it is an item I have officially placed as one that I accept offers and then sometimes I have a minimum offer I will accept.

Rarely Original Owner

These items are not mine originally.  I do restore as well as possible with what may be needed, wash, dry, iron, touch up paint, create new items as replacement or “fillers” until you are able to purchase originals etc. However, I do work hard so my customers will be happy and not disappointed. Even with all I do before I sell these items to make them in good, playable condition, these items are used/played with (unless noted) and not perfect.  I describe to the best of my ability and take many pictures as part of the description, since items are sold “as is”.

Questions

I try to be thorough and do a quality job with the items and my original postings; because I know, as I am opening a new business and focusing on my craft and skill as a therapist. Hence, if I do not answer your messages, please know YOU are IMPORTANT and I am just limited in the time I have available.
