Very nice vintage 1989 NCA belt buckle from Moorman's Manufacturing Company out of Quincy, Illinois.  This is a limited edition buckle made only for the 1989 National Cattleman's Association convention.  Features a fine looking cow along with the year, NCA, and the Moorman's logo embossed on the front.
