SHIPPING POLICY

Free shipping is included with all purchases. 

Please note that over-sized items such as mattresses, adjustable bases & furniture are shipped via freight or home delivery carrier. 

Delivery is by appointment for which you are contacted by phone call to schedule the date and time window. 

Please keep in mind that you must be present at the time of delivery to sign and accept your shipment. 

Please be prepared to handle your shipment at the time of delivery, We recommend having two people present at the time of delivery as the mattress is heavy and will come packaged well encased in a box.

In Home White Glove Delivery service is available upon request for an additional $199, and $299 for In home delivery with removal and disposal of an old mattress.

Estimated delivery times may vary depending on order details such as the product selected, your location, delivery service etc. Large items shipped freight take 3-10 business days in transit time Delivery is by appointment. You will be contacted at the phone number you provide with your shipping address at check out. 
Please be sure to have the correct phone number on the order to avoid delays with delivery.

If your shipment arrives damaged, please refuse delivery. If packaging appears damaged, please notate this on the delivery receipt when signing for acceptance. If damages are noticed after completion of delivery, please report this immediately and we will assist you with the process going forward.

PAYMENT POLICY

We offer flexible payment options via PayPal including all major credit cards and PayPal Credit for financing. 

RETURNS POLICY

We offer the option of returning within 14-days of delivery, at only the cost of return shipping + 30% restocking fee. In the event of a return, the carrier will arrange a pick-up and upon return of the item, a refund is issued with return shipping cost deducted from the total amount. Otherwise, you may arrange your own return shipping method and a full refund will be issued upon return of your item in good condition. 

Please note that all items must be returned in the condition in which they were received. Please be sure to save all original packaging materials as this will be required. 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer the option of exchanging within 14-days of delivery, at only the cost of return shipping. In the event of an exchange, you simply pay the return shipping fee up front, along with any cost difference between items being exchanged (if applicable). 

Please be sure to save all original packaging as this will be required for all return/exchange requests. 

CANCELLATION

Cancellation requests may be made at any time. Cancellations submitted before an order has shipped will be promptly submitted and refunded in full. Cancelling a purchase once the order has shipped will be subject to return shipping cost applied and deducted from the total refund. 

In the event of a cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible and we will gladly assist you with this.
