Base has been completely painted gold inc sockets and finial, with colored highlighted florals on the lower base. Not the greatest paint job on this, you may wish to repaint, although the current paint is in fair condition.

Thought to be Miller but unsigned

Rewired in green / clear plastic cord with brown quick plug - working order- but you may wish to replace
