RK Chain Warranty covers only O.E.M. replacement grade RK SEALED chains and applications.
RK sealed motorcycle chain is warranted to the original purchaser to be free of mechanical defects in material and workmanship for 20,000 miles of street use or two years from date of purchase, which ever comes first. There is a one year warranty for sealed off-road chains. No other expressed warranty is offered.
RK Chain’s obligation hereunder is limited to replacing the chain during the warranty period on a “PRO-RATED” use basis. The RK Chain warranty shall not apply to products subjected to racing, accident, negligence, alteration, abuse, misuse, improper installation or improper uses. Please note that converting from OE pitch to a different pitch is considered an “alteration” and will void warranty. NEVER use two connecting links on one chain. Further, the chain you have purchased herewith IS NOT AN ENDLESS CHAIN and it must be installed by using the included connecting link.
