Vintage men's accessory, age unknown.  I chose 1970s from the available menu but could be older or newer.  The coins show significant wear, but the Buffalo nickels were famous for showing premature wear due to their high-relief design.  Dateless Buffaloes are the norm. The one on top, here, shows a faint date, 1919.  The 1900 Liberty nickel has a full date but the right edge is worn smooth.

Still a very cool item in spite of the wear, and you can safely wear it on your belt without having to worry about affecting the appearance.  Unlike some you see, particularly the ones from the early 1980s that were cast pieces and not made with genuine coins, these are genuine US coins.

It has some heft to it so shipping will be $7 tracked (and I'm still losing money after eBay takes its cut out of that).
