This DVR has a model designation of "DYK4500 4CH H264 DVR" on the label and appears otherwise unbranded.  It has a 500GB internal hard drive.  It appears to power up normally and I can hear the hard drive spin up, but I don't have the means of testing it further.  Comes with a 12VDC, 5A supply brick.  The one pictured is the exact one you'll receive.  Sold as-is.
