Bad parts- 

There is a dent under the passenger side rear light. See picture. 

Driver's seat has a tear. See picture. Common issue on these vans as that part gets all the weight as you enter and exit the van.  

As the van is nearly 5 years old there is other minor marks and dings, but overall the van is in Good condition. 

If I get those items fixed I will be wanting £11k no offers for this van. I'm open to sensible offers taking into account the bad parts.
