This Neon NL by Shirogorov features tumbled blade with notched thumbrest and flipper. The handle has a tumbled titanium frame with green canvas micarta inlays.

Has minor scratches on one side of blade that can easily be buffed out. If that is a deal breaker I am open to sending it out to get the scratches buffed out for you.
