This was part 2 of a 3 part supplement series published by Temple Press LTD in 1960. They were the publishers of Motor Cycling with Scooter Weekly the English motorcycle papers. The Sports-Pix album as explained on the first page presents another selection of the finest photographs, published and unpublished, taken by our staff cameramen in 1960 at summer events like the Isle of Mann Tourist Trophy Races, British Moto-Cross Grand Prix, IOM Scooter Rally, Thruxton 500, Road Race Classics of Holland, Belgium, & Germany. Front cover has some blokes pushing Manx chair rigs at the start but doesn't say where, probably the IOM Sidecar TT . Page 3 Gary Hocking in the 250cc lightweight TT on an MV Agusta twin. There are 4 photos of John Surtees, 2 of Gary Hocking, no more than 1 of anyone else. So why does the first Surtees photo caption start with Climax of a great career? If that was true, how could he still set all these records?
