New Old Stock. Recently recovered it from storage. Still has/had the factory supplied plastic wrap but was removed to photograph. If it has any blemishes at all they do not compromise the integrity or aesthetics. visible in photos unless otherwise noted. Otherwise it's in equally good condition as new (circa 2008-2013 maybe).
There was a bicycle polo trend happening and if you mounted 26in x 1.25" tire you could do barspins on a track bike fork. Would still make a great wheel build for someone!
