This is my own personnel car registered to me at my home address, hence a private sale.
Owned for six years and registered to myself for that period.

I imported my Fulvia from South Africa and have totally restored it. The shell was solid and needed no welding (other than the bumper holes i had welded shut). I did fit replacement steel doors, alloy bootlid and bonnet.

I rebuilt the engine with new, piston rings, main, big end bearings, valve springs (inner and outer), valves, valve guides, timing chain, chain guide, stronger head bolts, water pump, alternator brushes, all coolant pipes, etc. Cylinder head did not need a skim.
Gearbox had new seals all round. New clutch plate and thrust bearing.
The underside of the car is painted in Raptor.
The colour is as per the first picture, it seems a lot "whiter" in the other outside pictures.

Approximately £12,000 (with vat) spent on parts alone.
New parts,
Brake system, calipers rebuilt, new seals, pistons, zinc plated, discs, new seals, pistons. New servo, brake balancer, copper/nickel lines, braided lines, master cylinder, EBC green pads, re-lined handbrake shoes, etc.
All new rubber bushes (silent blocks),suspension, engine, sub frame, the lot.
Front leaf spring rollers.
Gaz adjustable shocks all round. These shocks are made specifically for Fulvia coupes.
All new suspension.
Steering box refurbed.
New old stock heater (which took me three years to track down, eventually found in Italy) which works great and on both speeds. Also all other heater components are new.
Corbeau seats.
All interior panels.
Three point static seat belts. I did not fit the inertia type because i did not like the look of them on the interior rear panel.
Aluminium bonnet and bootlid.
New petrol tank and ancillaries.
All modern fuel lines.
Wheels Cromodora copies. I did have a set of original Cromodoras, but did not fancy driving around with 50 year old magnesium wheels.
Exhaust.
Dunlop tyres.
New FAG wheel bearings all round (£200 a piece).
Fully Waxoyled.
Sound proofed.
New seals all round including windscreen.
Carpets are new. The grey mats are from my old Porsche.
Door handles, handbrake, wiper fixings, re-chromed. Lancia grill badge re-chromed and is a S1 metal item, rather than S2 plastic.
Nuts and bolts zinc plated.
Subframe, suspension, rear axle, etc powder coated.
New locks that actually work. Boot, glovebox and petrol flap are original locks that also work.
Electric fuel pump to assist cold starting, then runs off the mechanical pump.
New roof lining, fitted by the wife :)
Original Lancia jack, ratchet, socket and tool pouch included.
Oh and the clock works!
I could go on all day.

Took the car for a good spin today and it drives great. Has been under a cover in my garage unused for a year or so. Could do with a good clean and polish, which i will do soon.
With all the new suspension, leaf spring rollers, rubber mounts (silent blocks), shocks, wider tyres, the ride is much better and firmer than my old S1, but it will settle a little more after a bit.

Being a South African car the body had minimal rust and the subframe was in superb condition and needed absolutely no welding, unlike UK car subframes that dissolve. The SA weather and unsalted roads had preserved the car very well.
Unlike a UK car SA cars had level headlights just as Lancia intended.

The resto was finished over 18 months ago. I have only covered about 200 miles in that time, hence the sale.
Realistically priced considering all the expense and time invested.
I have many more photos and can send them over.

For those that have asked the only part exchange i am interested in is a Porsche 993 (or possibly a 3.0 or 3,2), must be a manual, targa or coupe. Not interested in a garage queen, must be a well used, higher mileage car and am not interested in service history and of course i will pay extra on top.

£25,000 ono.
I am based in Sutton Coldfield, B74.

                                       thanks.
