International Shipping (Outside the U.S):

International shipments are subject to Customs inspections as well as possible fees and/or taxes. These additional costs are based on which country the package is shipped to, and payment is the responsibility of the customer, not Face & Body Shoppe. Shipping delays could be as lengthy as 2 – 3 weeks, depending on Customs. A signature may also be required upon delivery. You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5-10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3-5 business days), and the time it takes paypal time to process our refund request (3-5 business days).
