1987 Renault Trafic Holdsworth Romance SWB Pop Top camper van.
1647cc petrol, 5 speed manual. V5 is in my name and shows Motor Caravan.
New MOT and the major advisories have been repaired (CV boot and brakes). The van was welded for last years MOT and has been Corrolan underbody treated for lasting protection.
Resprayed in Anthracite with Rainbow flecks in the lacquer.
It has 2 rear seats with lap belts although wearing of seatbelts in the rear is not a legal requirement.
The van has recently had a new clutch and 4 new tyres. The engine is fully serviced with plugs, leads, cap, rotor arm, oil and filter. It has electronic ignition fitted as well as a switchable electric fuel pump. The gearbox and differential oils have been changed with the correct grades. There is a dash mounted cooling fan override switch and a rev counter.
The camper habitation area has been completely rewired using an intelligent split charger and new fuse boxes, the wiring has been labelled for identification.
There is a roof mounted 170w solar panel and charge controller, with the split charger this will keep both the leisure and engine batteries charged all year. 
The van has an undermounted diesel heater with a 2.5l fuel tank under the bonnet.
There is 240v mains power installed with a battery charger/power supply and connection cable.
Cabin lights are LED. Gas is supplied by a 4.5kg Calor bottle that has a new hose, Calor have started to resupply these small bottles. There is a 2 burner hob and eye level grill. The small sink has a handpump type tap and there is a small onboard water tank.
The fridge is 3 way and works on all modes, 12v for driving is supplied by a new switch and relay.
There are several 12v power outlets, USB and cigarette lighter types.
The van comes with a mains microwave, kettle and hotpot/slow cooker as well as a few assorted pieces of crockery etc. It has a fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Windscreen blackout blind and wheel clamp are included.
All in all this is a nice tidy and usable camper which, if treated with respect, should last a fair few years. There is a thriving Facebook group, Renault Trafic Mk1 Owners Group and a sister Spares group.
