You're looking at a Spong and Co #2 made in England cast iron antique grinder made for countertop use. All parts are in working order and the item has been disassembled, cleaned, oiled, and then reassembled. It is ready to use. It has a convenient clamp feature that allows you to mount it to a tabletop or counter. You can also screw it into the wall with a series of three holes found on the back of the grinder. Unfortunately, the cup that was originally included with the grinder is missing.
