Injector  fully reconditioned to manufacturers specification using only genuine BOSCH parts and calibration shims. 

We have changed the ball bearing, ball bearing seat, high pressure seal.

all the calibration is done on KrugerQ

Injector was fully tested on BOSCH EPS 118

Test is fully automatic and takes about 20 minutes:

- electrical system
- full load   (VL 1600 Bars )
- emission (EM 800 bars)
- idle  (LL 250 bars)
- pilot injection (VE 800 bars)
- seal (back leak 1700 max operating pressure for injector CRI 2.1)
 and passed for working well.

Report was printed and will be posted with the injector.

Before fitting injector please clean all of common rail components and change fuel filter
