Everything will be sent out 2nd class signed for. Anything of significant value will be sent out special delivery or via courier.

If you would like another delivery service, please just ask and I’ll send you out a new invoice.

Comes from a clean non smoking house haha. We do have a cat though.

Clothes* Everything has been washed, except ‘new’ items. However if you would like anything washed before I send, am happy to do so, just ask!

Shoes* they have been sanitised (wiped down with an antibacterial wipe, including soles) to the best of my ability and of course taking into considering the material.
