Here at rce crafts all mug will be printed on both sides (unless personalisation is required by the buyer in which case the personalisation will be printed on the left side on the mug as held in hand, and on the right side of handle will be printed the chosen design). The mug will be delivered in its own presentation box. We then place it in a slightly larger strong cardboard box to ensure that you receive it in perfect condition.

All text will be copied exactly as left by yourself so please ensure all spellings are correct

The mug is ceramic microwave and dishwasher safe, although we always recommend hand washing to preserve the quality of the printed image.

Colour Disclaimer:

We firmly believe that all the customers who order online are aware that colours seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the actual outfits ordered. It is practically impossible for us to replicate the same colours on an outfit as seen on your monitor. A slight variation in the shade selected by you is considered as a normal practice as these garments have a tendency to reflect different shades of a colour under different light and medium. Colours as shown in the catalogue may vary from the actual colours of the garments as the process of photography and printing involves a lot of transitions and changes.

Delivery/Shipping Information:

We aim to send all orders within 2 day with the exception of the weekend & bank holidays. Orders during weekend and holidays will be posted in the next following working day. All parcels will be posted by royal mail 2nd class and aim to be delivered in 2-3 working days. Please note that Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class CANNOT be tracked using the Royal Mail portal. The tracking number you receive only shows that your parcel has been accepted by Royal Mail . We can provide proof of postage/information upon request but please do this if you have to within 2 weeks as we dispose receipts after this time period.

If you require your order early or want a tracking update, please choose the appropriate service at checkout. We offer Royal Mail 1st Class, 2nd Class, Tracked 24 and Special delivery Guaranteed by 1pm. 

Please make sure your shipping address and the order information is correct before placing an order. We will not be responsible for item loss due to wrong or unknown addresses. We will only ship the package to the address associated with your account.

For damaged items on arrival, please contact us immediately, sending us an email with a photo is preferred.
