Malossi BRAKE PADS mhr brake pads are characterized by a friction material made with asbestos-free organic fibres. This compound has been specifically designed for competitive use, guaranteeing a minimal reduction in the fading effect.

The mhr BRAKE PADS quickly reach maximum performance, maintaining excellent performance consistency and braking modulability throughout the race. The pad compound contains elements that prevent the friction material from burning during intense stress, such as that which occurs during a competition.

Malossi brake pads are approved to ECE R90 standards and can be used on road vehicles throughout Europe and in many countries around the world. To obtain this certification, the pads are subjected to rigorous road tests, which evaluate the efficiency and resistance of the pad at different speeds and braking conditions.

Furthermore, laboratory tests are carried out to test the compressive and shear resistance of the material. The E/ECE/324-E/ECE/TRANS/505 Regulation N. 90 certification was obtained through collaboration with Dekra, an authority in the certification sector.

The tests on the vehicles were carried out at the Balocco test track complex and in the Dekra Test Center in Cinisello Balsamo, widely exceeding the ECE R90 regulations. The entire range of Malossi pads is designed and made in Italy.
