Mid Century Modern “DUMLER & BREIDEN POTTERY” Bowl / Candy Dish – Atomic / Lava Glaze – Made in Germany

 

A freeform “atomic style” bowl / candy dish with a dark brown glaze with white, bubbly “lava over-glaze”.  The rim of the bowl is accented in gold.  The bowl has a white clay body.

 

The bowl measures approximately: 9-3/8” long x 5-1/8” wide x 1-7/16” high.

 

This piece is marked on the bottom: impressed “1213 / 24” with a crossed symbol on the side.

 

The bowl is in very good condition with no chips, cracks, or repairs.  There is moderate wear to the gold rim accent, (please see photos.)
