(1) Turn crown to 6 o'clock to unlock.
(2) Pull the crown 2 steps to operate the hands.
(3) Once the time is set, gently push the crown back in and turn to 12 o'clock to lock the crown.

Pull crown out one step to fast-forward the date.
*Do not perform the fast-forward operation when the hands are between 8:00 p.m. and 4:00 a.m. the next morning.
