Game is cib with rare registration card!!! Played through and works great!!! Have owned for over 10 years so sticker on disc does not effect gameplay at all. Perfectly displays on any shelf and great for any saturn collector. Completely different from the genesis version, this was a true 32bit upgrade with saturn exclusive graphics and sound track! Thanks!
