This was purchased for someone having open heart surgery. It was unused because the hospital gave them a specific pillow to use post-op, rather than this bear. The white fuzzy bear wears a blue Nick & Nora pajama set with white clouds and red heart balloons on it. I think it was designed for heart patients. The tag bears a handwritten name which can be crossed out with a sharpie. I have washed to pajama set which is removeable. The bear is in excellent condition.
