This is a nice telephoto lens for the Canon EF mount. It is from the late 80s / early 90s and was designed for film cameras. It is tested and 100% working on a film camera. However, when connected to a digital SLR, the aperture adjustment will not function and you are stuck at 5.6. This is a known limitation of this lens (I found it documented online). The autofocus does work with a DSLR, however. With this limitation, I would suggest only buying this for a film camera. Note: Unless stated otherwise previously, this item was purchased from an estate sale and originally came from someone's personal collection.
