The unit itself is in very good overall condition. It has been modded with henkaku enso homebrew CFW. you will receive it with everything you see included and installed. you will need to log in with your ps account, as I used the homebrew account manager app to remove my ps account details and delete my user data prior to listing it for sale. it is ready for a new owner.
with this soft-modded console you can play backup copies (roms) of the entire ps vita and psp libraries. you can download literally any game from Sony's servers directly using nopaystation and play them. you can very easily research how to do this online. you should install ps vita games to the 512gb SD card and psp games to the 16gb vita memory card (16gb card included and installed, but not pictured because i forgot)

known issue:
the wifi drops out occasionally. it has to be turned off for several minutes, then hard rebooted to get it to reconnect to the access point. i suspect that the wifi module is starting to go bad and that it will stop working entirely eventually. if you have big plans to use wifi a lot, this is not the ps vita for you. this is a known common issue with several of the 1101 (3g model) early production units. Aside from downloading games, this does not affect the device in any other meaningful way. Regardless, it is recommended to download games to your PC and transfer them over to the vita device using the USB cable (in conjunction with the device's file manager) to put games on the system-- as it is like 20x faster than the vita's super slow wifi speed. you can find very detailed guides online how to do exactly this relatively easily using Google search.
