American Gardner Yardstick YS18 18V Line Trimmer Motor & String Spool Used, This listing is for (1) Yardstick Model YS18 18V Motor, String Spool and the wires that go down the extendable shaft, this motor was taken from a yardstick line trimmer that had bent connectors or something missing where the battery is inserted (seen in the last picture). I have wiped off the dust but it is still slightly dusty/dirty, testing this motor with the switch from the yardstick and my week 12v jump starter pack I find the switch (being sold separately with the trigger) and the motor do work. I didn't really test the string spool, I only took it apart for the pictures but it looks like all the parts are there and in working order with a good strong spring and a couple feet of string. These parts are good for someone who has a bad motor, or bad string spool or they could be used on someone's custom hobby project.
