String twine wool cotton ribbon flex tape cord plastic winder  -this is suitable for the garden, DIY, crafts etc.

I inherited this so cant tall you much about it.  It is a simple plastic winder & is 13.5cm cx 5cm with a loop at the top & is great for winding up various cords etc up.  There is some twine on this already.
