Notes: This deconstructed shorts to skirt is in great shape and low worn.  It can be worn as a skirt or shorts, as a skirt, the fabric ends stick out on each side of waist, when worn as shorts the fabric ends stick out in front and back.  We measured the inside waist and estimated at 30W (15 inches across) on one side.
