These knives are used and show normal wear and tear. While we have done a visual inspection of each knife, we have not opened and tested each knife. However, we are a highly rated EBay seller and believe strongly in ensuring all of our customers are satisfied. As a result, we gladly offer fair, partial refunds for any knives which are broken or unserviceable. For example, if you buy a ten knife lot from us and two are broken or unserviceable we will refund you 20% of the purchase price.
