I have purchased this game new and kept it in like new condition.  The game disc appears to have no scratches and if there are any they are not noticeable.  I have included everything that you are receiving listed in this description and also pictured.  This is from my personal collection which has been kept safe and many of the games I list were stored in a plastic storage container when not in use.  A good amount of the games I am listing were used only lightly.  

I will make sure to ship safely and with tracking.  Please let me know if you have any further questions before you purchase.  I plan to list many Wii U games over the next several weeks.
