This is a very cool action figure from the Masters of the Universe Classics series. He is the Evil Snake-Men Creature with the Quick-Strike Head - Rattlor. He is complete with extra neck, staff, and arm band (not pictured). I got this from Matty Collectors in 2012. This is a very fun action figure!
