The waist elastic is completely stretched out as well as the elastic on the inside leg area of the mesh lining. Waist can still be tightened via drawstring. The mesh lining has some picks/pulls in it and there is a small discoloration on the yellow stripe as pictured. Otherwise in good preowned condition. See photos for more detail. Recently laundered and clean.
