I did not see the brand. I purchased this as a part of a huge drum lot of 20s to 60s  WFL, Ludwig, Slingerland and other drums.  Woodblock pin hoop clamp mount from the traps era. Nickel finish.

Used condition, wear as shown in photos. Works with no issues, has not been cleaned.
