I gather it is missing a lot,  you probably know more about what is missing than I do

When I found it at an estate sale, it still had batteries in it and they had corroded and busted open.

I stuck some batteries in it and nothing happened,  did I mention that it is sold for parts/restoration

It needs a good cleaning
