TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SALE:

Per eBay, by bidding & buying you accept the following terms of my sales. All sales final, refunds will be given & returns will only be accepted if I have inadvertently, grossly misrepresented the item in error. All items are sold 'as is' AND as disclosed in my eBay write-up description. I do not give refunds for buyer's remorse.  If you believe your item was not as described please email me prior to filing a claim. I will try to resolve any problems that may exist as I am a conscientious seller.  I stand behind all my sales & everything I put on eBay. Almost everything I put on eBay is  Pre-Owned unless otherwise noted. I acquire all my items from various sales, auctions, etc. If you have any questions please email me as I am not an expert on everything I list on eBay.

Payments are due within 2 days of auction end unless other arrangements can POSSIBLY be made and approved before auction end. My 'buy it now' auctions payment are due immediately. If you don't pay immediately, the listed item will stay open for someone else to buy! Prompt payment is REQUIRED and appreciated. 

I will only accept PayPal and I will not accept any other payment on eBay auction sales.

 IF the items have ending times that are within 1 day, I may be able to combine shipping & handling. If you are wanting to see if I can combine some auction items together, please email me before the auctions end so I can see if I can accommodate you.  

LISTED SHIPPING COSTS CONSIST OF THE  ESTIMATED SHIPPING COST AND SOMETIMES A SMALL HANDLING CHARGE WHICH IS APPROVED BY EBAY. IT ALMOST ALWAYS COSTS MORE FOR ME TO SHIP THAN I CHARGE. I NEVER MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING & HANDLING FEES!

 I TAKE EVERYTHING TO THE POST OFFICE MYSELF. ITEMS ARE NOT PACKED UNTIL PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. 

I usually SHIP USING THE UNITED STATES POST OFFICE. Most of the time I ship out within 1 or 2 DAYS. Large, bulky items, & very delicate items may take longer to ship out due to the packaging that is involved. I am the only one working my eBay sales. I ship items Monday thru Friday. I sometime will ship Saturdays if CIRCUMSTANCES ALLOW. Post Office delivery dates are tentative and depend entirely on the USPS. 

You will be notified WHEN YOUR ITEM HAS BEEN SHIPPED. EBAY UPLOADS DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & INFORMATION ON PRIORITY & STANDARD POST PACKAGES & MEDIA RATE & MOST 1ST CLASS PACKAGES. 

I PREFER TO LEAVE MY POSITIVE FEEDBACK FOR YOU AFTER YOU  LEAVE YOURS. That way I know that you are in receipt of your item.
