Matchbox Flash Force 2000 Base  with Flash Fighter Assault Vehicle No Box 1984
Except for the box this is the complete playset
Instruction manual, comic and decals have water damage
the car launcher rubber band is broken, we have left the rubber band with launcher so it can be matched up.
All pieces are in bags except for the mounting clip which had been installed to top floor, see photos.
also included are the firing caps, not sure they will work because of moisture exposure. 
There are no broken parts on plastic pieces.
