This offer is for an limited edition, No. 1437/5000, Fleetwood® officially authorized by the US Olympic Committee, global FDC: Saluting the World's Olympians. Plus, the following two items are included in this offer: The original Fleetwood® brochure explaining the FDC in more detail and the Lucidview® III  protective sleeve that was issued with the FDC.  The cover flap is not gummed and remains unsealed.

The large cover global cachet FDC includes ten stamp issues commemorating the Centennial Games and ten different First Day of Issue postmarks from ten different countries: Australia, Belgium, Germany, Russia, New Zealand, China, France, Micronesia, the Marshall Islands and the USA.  The reverse side of the cover details each countries' Olympic stamp issues and it's postmark.

FDC dimensions are: 8½" x 11"

The clear Lucidview® III protective sleeve dimensions are: 9½" x 11½"

Overall, the cachet cover is in excellent, like new, condition as it has been stored inside it's protective sleeve since it was acquired in 1996. The cover was only removed recently to photograph it for this listing, then it was returned to its protective sleeve. There is no corner tip wear and there are no stains, no smudges or writing on the cover.  The cover retains its original off-white color and has not discolored with time. An estimated extremely fine to superb grade but buyer should self grade the FDC. The 25 year old FDC has been remarkably well preserved.
