Waistband elastic fully functioning and strong . Nominal signs of wear only on waistband.
38" - 40 " Unlined 100% Nylon
The cut is generous by the manufacturers - Europa. Hence they weren't labelled 38" but rather 38" - 40 " . Unfortunately bottom of sizing label has all but come away as shown in picture.
