Very old lace parasol. 

Wooden shaft.  Slider works.

There is damage throughout the top.  Fabric falling off and rips and tears from years and years of being in storage. Adverrtsed as used with damage noted to lace and cloth.  Stains.

Mechanism works. 

Style is victorian type.

Still a nice decorative piece deapite damage.
