This is part of a large lot of VOIP phones sold at a local county surplus auction after a phone system upgrade.  This phone has been tested to power on via POE (no power supplies included) and it goes through the boot up sequence looking for the main server.  They will need to be factory reset..  Some of the phones in this lot have paper tags filled out with names/departments/extensions, but can be replaced with your own tags.
