Gorgeous Bright Small Multi Coloured Caribbean African Oil Painting Figures & faces

I inherited this & was told it was bought locally in either the Caribbean or Africa. This is very bright with the entire canvas covered in oil paint. It is 30x25x3cm.

This is brighter than the photos show but try as I might I cannot get the colours right. Please take this into consideration if you want this.
