Up for bid is a game used baseball thrown for a Strike Out by Framber Valdez on September 22, 2023 at Minute Maid Park.  Valdez struck out Bobby Witt Jr. in the Top of the 5th inning for his 9th of 10 Ks in the game!  After the K, Nelson Velazquez flies out to center fielder Mauricio Dubon.  The baseball was thrown for 2 pitches to 2 batters for 2 outs!

In this game, the Royals beat the Astros 7 to 5.  Bobby Witt Jr. hit his 9th triple of the season!  Kyle Tucker hit his 4th triple for the Astros.  Jose Abreu and Chas McCormick hit Home Runs for the Astros.  Cole Ragans pitched 6 innings to collect his 7th win of the season.  Framber Valdez collected 10 strike outs in 5 1/3 inning, but collected the loss.  

The baseball was removed from play and authenticated by Major League Baseball.  The MLB authentication record is shown and can be found in the online database.
