RETURNS
If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
You have 30 days to request a return. If you would like to return an item please follow the below instructions for a return label.
- Go to My eBay tab on the top right of page
- Select Purchase History from the drop down menu
- Select the orders tab and locate the item you want to return
- Select the option highlighted in blue that reads "Return this item"
- Select the reason for the return and your return will be approved within 1 business day. A shipping label will be provided within 24 hours
RETURN GUIDELINES:
- All returned products must be returned in its original, unaltered packaging, including all labels and tags.
- Shoe boxes and other product packaging must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them.
- Clothing must be clean and unwashed with all tags attached ? no pet hair, human hair, smoke odors, Perfume or makeup stains.
- Footwear must not be worn and must include the original, undamaged packaging.
EXCHANGES: Our Exchange policy is simple. Just return the items you don't want using the normal returns process for a full refund. At any time, simply place a new order for the new product(s) you want to purchase.
