Made in England. Red Transfer Ware / Stoneware Plate. It was common to use Arabic and Middle Eastern inspired motifs. This scenic pattern decoration’s name is PALESTINE

Diameter: ~267 mm (10½ in) 

Marked: “PALESTINE,” the number”5” and with an impressed mark for W.ADAMS dating 1930 - 1940.

Nice condition with some faint crazing on back.
