Both he and Greg Roberts, another superstar numismatist, must agree on any coin's CMQ approval. Billion-dollar companies make a buy/sell market in CMQ coins. CMQ places far more emphasis on eye appeal than CAC does. CMQ approves the same low percentage of coins that CAC does.
